Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring the contents are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
